My name is Shequita Moore, and I’ve practiced as an RN for the past 13 years across various nursing disciplines including medical-surgical, skilled nursing, home health, assisted living, nursing education, and correctional nursing. My expertise is in acute care and skilled nursing with an emphasis on nursing administration, drafting and carrying out policies and procedures, analyzing thousands of medical records, extensive EMAR experience and operation, bedside nursing, quality improvement, risk management and mitigation, and managing daily clinical functions and operations.
I am honored to work in the healthcare industry for over 13 years serving others and being an industry leader. I currently practice as a nurse executive in skilled nursing/long-term care with previous roles as a staff nurse, charge nurse, case manager, nurse educator, Director of Nursing, and Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator. I’m an expert in federal and state regulations and the inner workings of the hospital system and nursing home.
